Movie Troubleshoot

Troubleshooting: This QuickTime movie should start in a few seconds if you have a broadband (cable or DSL) connection.  We've tested it using the Safari, Camino and Firefox web browsers, and in Mac OS 10.2, 10.3 and 10.4.  If it does not start, give it a minute or so.  If it fails, please send us an email and tell us the problem, internet connection type, web browser, Mac OS version, and say what happened.
