1. Visit esellerate's After-Purchase Services.
2. Near the bottom right of the page, fill in the email address you used when you licensed Bookdog and click "Email Order History".
3. Download email from this account and you should see a message containing the details of all the orders you ever placed with esellerate from that email address.
4. Find your Bookdog order, then find its "Serial Number Name" (which we call "Licensee Name") and "Serial Number".
