Download our latest Trouble Zipper.
After the download completes and is unzipped, doubleclick the Sheep Systems Trouble Zipper AppleScript package. (If you don't see a dialog immediately, check your Dock for a bouncing script.) With your guidance, the Trouble Zipper will fetch data and assemble it into a package which will you may attach to your email. The package will help us solve the problem with fewer email go-rounds.
If you don't get a reply within 24 hours...
Certainly, check your spam filter and, if applicable, put sheepsystems.com on the whitelist. On rare occasions, we've found that some internet providers will silently reject email from us for some unknown reason. The domains we have had trouble with in the past are:
gmx.de
frii.com
If you don't receive a reply from us, please re-send your message and provide alternate email addresses, in a different domain, or other alternate contact information. An alternate email address may be your gmail, Yahoo!, hotmail, home, work, etc. Provide a telephone number and time zone also. I'll use it if all else fails because, believe me, not being able to contact a customer that needs help because all I have is one email address that doesn't work is the most frustrating thing that happens in this business.
